Cette qualification se porte sur les First-Level (support pour l’usager), Second-Level (demande sans besoin de développement) et Third-Level (demande avec besoin de développement). **Maintenance de logiciel**** **Les demandes qui sont liées à un développement (Third-Level) sont soit traitées directement par Nexgen soit transmises au fabricant correspondant. **Maintenance du matériel**** **La maintenance du matériel est associée à l’échange du hardware.
